We currently deliver to addresses within South Africa.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We use trusted courier services to ensure your products arrive safely.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
4. Risk & Title

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once payment has been received in full.

Please ensure the delivery address is correct; we are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect addresses.
5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (if provided).

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, or customs (if applicable).

If a package is lost during shipping, we will assist in tracing it with the courier, but replacement or refund may depend on courier insurance policies.
7. Damaged or Defective Items During Shipping
